Frequently Asked Questions

How does the credit billing and refund system work?
Credits are only deducted when authorization successfully completes. If a request is rejected by server, fails to produce a valid token signature, or times out after 2 minutes, the transaction automatically fails and credits remain safe or are refunded.
What happens if a request stays in 'PROCESSING' mode?
Our server features an automated timeout system. Any job remaining in processing state without a valid output for more than 2 minutes (120 seconds) is automatically failed and marked as timed out to ensure your queue is never blocked.
Which devices and connection modes are supported?
We support Qualcomm EDL Mode (HS-USB QDLoader 9008) and MediaTek BROM/Preloader Mode for Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO devices across all global, China, and India regional variants.
How do I connect my Dhru Fusion website?
Navigate to the Reseller & API tab, copy our Dhru API URL endpoint (https://xiaomi.gdfirmware.com/dhru_api.php), and enter your reseller username and API key into your server settings.
